i love staying at baymont. the rooms are always comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. kenny, the owner, is genuinely concerned about my needs. it's also great to have a gym nearby for my workouts. plus, there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away, making dining easy!

my recent stay was enjoyable partly due to its closeness to great spots like the Mississippi Museum of Art and the local parks. I loved being just a short walk away from various dining choices like Logans Roadhouse and Ichiban Chinese Buffet.

I encountered major issues during my stay. Upon checking in, I was informed about an unexpected deposit, which I was not notified of beforehand, causing unnecessary frustration. The manager's dismissive attitude when I raised this concern only added to my disappointment. Despite my suggestion to my coworkers to avoid this hotel, the staff seemed unconcerned about my experience.

Request extra towels upon check-in for a more comfortable experience, as the provided towels were quite small and rough.

The staff was super friendly, making our stay fun. We visited the nearby Mississippi State Fairgrounds and the local park. The hotel was comfortable, and they provided us with extra linens daily.

One downside was that the ice machines on floors 2 and 3 were out of order, requiring us to go to the lobby for ice, which was a bit inconvenient.

Had a comfortable room with a microwave and mini-fridge , essential for my work trips. The owner , Kenny, was genuinely concerned about my needs and checked in to make sure everything was fine.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for the service and facilities, it was acceptable.

I had a good stay with very clean rooms and a surprising, delicious breakfast selection that exceeded my expectations. However, I found the ice machine on my floor was out of order.

Despite the friendly staff and the surprisingly tasty pork belly, there were several issues during the stay. A loud room near the interstate was initially assigned, and the replacement room's carpet was wet from the air conditioning unit. Additionally, the absence of the inside door security lock and remnants of cereal on the floor raised concerns about cleanliness and safety.

Dirt-covered doors and an unsanitary bathroom with pubic hair on towels left a terrible impression. The manager’s insistence on moving after I expressed my concerns prompted a premature check-out at 11 PM with three sleeping children. The only highlight was the presence of takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, but that couldn't compensate for the overall lack of cleanliness and poor service.

Baymont provided excellent service during my recent business trip. The rooms were very clean and equipped with useful amenities, including a microwave and mini-fridge. Internet access was reliable, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of choices like muffins, eggs, and Belgian waffles. The staff, especially at check-in, were helpful and made my stay comfortable, ensuring a good experience every day.
